5. GO THE EXTRA MILE
You must render more service than you are being paid for.
The law of compensation ensures you will only receive something back for everything you put out in a harmonious way.
Be conscious of all the benefits of the law of compensation to get through the hardships.
The law of increasing returns – quantity and quality you put out will come back to you greatly multiplied.
Render service worth $100 and you will get that $100 back or 10 times that as long as with a PMA.
Extra service unwillingly you will most likely get nothing back.
Honesty and earnest effort is rewarded by infinite intelligence.
Until you render more service you are not entitled to more pay.
What will separate you from the crowd? The will to do more than what you are paid for.
Become irreplaceable by doing more than what you are paid for – do what no one else does.
More action is the most necessary trait in a worker.
Strength and struggle go hand in hand.
Write yourself an insurance policy against poverty and want by going the extra mile.
Develop a positive, pleasing attitude.
Personal initiative – doing what needs to be done without being told. This builds self-confidence – develops reserves of determination.
Overcome procrastination – when you do work eagerly and cheerfully you can’t wait to get it done – wake up at 5AM – act as soon as you can – if you do not feed it will die.
Going the extra mile formula: quality + quantity + mental attitude = Compensation.
Create favorable contrast with people – you will stand out like a sore thumb. This puts you on better terms with your conscience.
