Mix kale, broccoli, banana and water in a nutri bullet or blender.
Here is the 3 step process of making a delicious, nutritious spartan veggie smoothie:
- Mix 2-4 stalks of kale, frozen broccoli and water into a blender. Blend for 10-20 seconds.
- Add in banana. Blend for 10-15 seconds.
