Spartan Veggie Smoothie

Every day, twice a day I make a veggie smoothie to get all the vitamins and minerals from veggies without having to cook.

Here is how you make the spartan veggie smoothie:

Mix kale, broccoli, banana and water in a nutri bullet or blender.

Here is the 3 step process of making a delicious, nutritious spartan veggie smoothie:

  1. Mix 2-4 stalks of kale, frozen broccoli and water into a blender. Blend for 10-20 seconds.
  2. Add in banana. Blend for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Enjoy.
what you will need: nutri bullet or blender, kale, frozen broccoli and banana
