Spartan Night Routine
Set aside 1 hour before bed to get this small list of things done before falling asleep to maximize the benefits you get the next day:
1. Write out 5 item or more to-do list for the next day.
2. Life Mission
3. Write a journal for the day – what you ate, what you learned, good experiences, what you are grateful for. Look back daily at what you accomplished that day. How big of an impact did you have on the world that day! What did you do to better your life situation. Talk it out on paper.
4. 30 minutes visualizing the person you wish to become.
