Why wouldn’t you workout daily? You have 100% complete control over whether you have the best body you are capable of; that goes for looks, health and movement.
Everyone has the same 168 hours in the week to do whatever they want – work, sleep, eat, relax, ect. All you need is 5 hours every week of resistance training and you will be able to build your perfect body with proper training. Then add in good diet and some stretching and you can build your dream body.
1 hour with just you and your music, no distractions and pure focus on the goal of getting stronger than you were yesterday.
Every workout you miss you will never get back.
Working out every day builds muscle and burns fat making you look your best. An added benefit is that by working out daily you automatically clean up your diet because you don’t want to waste your workout.
Once you realize the importance of diet, everything will come together and you will start seeing results right away.
When you don’t workout you are much more likely to eat junk food and pay no attention to what you are eating.
When you do workout you are more likely to make healthy food choices because you do not want to waste your hard work in the gym, instead you want to build on your work in the gym.
Working out daily builds a routine through momentum and becomes a habit.
One hour in the gym is the easy part. It’s the other 23 hours in the day that determine how your health and body composition really are.
Working out has so many proven benefits that there is no reason anybody should not be working out daily.
Like any habit, the more often you take the action the stronger the habit becomes.
If you workout 3 times a week then it will be easy to miss a day or two or sometimes all three because you are not in the routine of going to the gym.
If you workout 5 times a week you build the habit but you take 2 days off and have to jump start the momentum Monday to get the routine back.
If you make it a habit to workout daily, you never will never lose the momentum of working out and will build up the habit of a daily workout.
You don’t always have to go balls to the wall every workout. Write down every workout routine so you can track your progress and know when you need to go lighter or heavier or only cardio and stretching depending on the day.
This is the workout program that I use and I am in the gym 6 days a week and the 7th day running outside for 20 minutes and stretching for 30 minutes.
Get an mp3 play and your favourite songs and find the time of day that works best to workout and start now building the habit of working out until it feels wierd to take a day off.
